Berkshire Inn

The property was very well-maintained. It had a flare of like you were in Florida very pretty grounds well kept and clean centrally located near a lot of activities to do at night and during the day.

There was nothing about the property. I didn’t like, but whoever was next-door to us. They had their TV going until 2 o’clock in the morning. I had to turn on white sound on my phone to go to sleep. That’s the only thing that upset me.

Clean and comfortable- very near downtown

The property was renovated well. The rates are reasonable during the week only.

The property is old but kept up. Our room was clean. It would be nice if they had hand towel holders near the sink. It would also be nice if they had bath towel hooks near the shower.

Asphalt construction in parking lot during stay. Poor customer service. Good location.

Should clarify this is a motel not an "inn." Staff was not friendly or inviting. Too much cleaner smell in the lobby and room. Room was clean and everything as expected for a motel and price (except for strong odor). Was able to hear people in the next room easily. Fairly good location. Would not book again.

We've stayed here multiple times. This visit, we were in the building off to the side. The room was a bit older & not as well maintained. Perhaps they haven't upgraded all the rooms yet. Service is always polite & efficient. The room was clean.
