Very good place and a great staff

Great resort remodel and some building still under restoration, the beach is amazing, clean, calm and beautiful, the pools were great too. We hated the food and the very limited options, they are trying to save money on not providing almost no protein only carbs and cheap food, they won’t accommodate allergies so if you have an allergy stay away, the chef is horrible so the very limited, we would not be back, it’s sad because we loved the beach.

Great customer service…the beach is beautiful and the rooms are well kept. The food is okay. They need to work on variety and better quality.

Misled by Expedia with a Punta Cana vacation package that was not in Punta Cana. Both parties blamed each other. Needless to say, there was no relocation to the same brand Punta Cana hotel. No one would cover the huge additional transportation costs, removing over ten hours of vacation time. The hotel was a five-hour drive from the airport each way. The hotel location was beautiful. The rooms were adequate. The food was okay, definitely not what was expected. It was advertised as having five dining venues, but one was fully closed. The Italian and Local fare restaurants were only open on alternate days and the buffet was mostly local fare. The last one more of a lunch spot and not open for dinner had advertised salads, pizzas, burgers, and gyros. It only had pizza and burgers. A little disappointed in the first trip to the DR.

The property's rooms were large and spacious and the ground was well kept. Professional staff always willing to help. Very limited food selection with no taste. The property has 4-5 restaurants but only 1 was open. I'll only comeback here if I was on a limited budget.

The beach on this property was the most beautiful I've seen! It is protected by a reef further out from the shore so immediate beach area is calm and quite - no waves and perfect for snorkeling. Beautiful fish and sea turtles!

Great stay

Lo que más me gustó fue la cava de la foto que acabo de poner 😅 aparte de eso la higiene de la habitación es top, el acceso es bien fácil pero hay mucha seguridad, encontramos parqueo rápido, la comida es buena, les recomiendo las pastas que hacen al momento, los omelettes y los pescados al momento, había entretenimiento pero sinceramente la playa estaba tan linda que preferimos quedarnos sentados mirando la playa. No hay sargazo y la arena es super fina. Nos encantó y Dios mediante volvemos, Reynaldo el del stand del lobby fue muy amable también.

Lovely place where you can relax, have good meals and drinks. Very friendly staff, they make you feel like home. Beach excelente with bars and snacks. We planning to come back with the hole family.
