C’est un belle hôtel

Un jour à l’hôtel, ascenseur cassé, 49 minutes d’attente pour 2 plats alors qu’il n’y avait que 2 tables, y compris la nôtre ! Accompagnement de légumes pas cuits !

"Einmal und nie wieder"

Zimmer top

Man wird beim einchecken nicht darauf hingewiesen dass man nicht vor dem Hotel auf den ca 6 Parkplätzen parken darf. Obwohl man sein Autokennzeichen beim einchecken notiert. Heute Morgen fragte ich höflich nach an der Rezeption da ein Strafzettel von 25€ am Auto war. Antwort, sie können froh sein das sie nicht abgeschleppt worden sind und ich hätte fragen sollen wo ich parken kann. Sorry das hat mit Service nichts zu tun.

The fact that if the room is in the south part of the hotel you can not walk whole day inside the hotel to the bar, restaurant and recepcion but only in the morning.

"Supertolle Therme und Hotel"

Die Therme ist fantastisch , genauso wie das Hotel . Das Hotel an der Therme ist natürlich bombastisch. Alles neu renoviert und super sauber Late Checkout und late late Checkout im Angebot .Minibar .Tolles Zimmer

Booking sollte sichtbarer machen , dass der Preis sich nur auf die Hotelübernachtung bezieht und man für die Therme und für das Parkhaus , sowie Bademantel, Schlappen und Handtuch zusätzlich bezahlt

"Super séjour avec détente au spa après la fatigue de la journée."

Idéalement situé au calme. Station de tramway à proximité. Chambre grande agréable et confortable. Équipements SPA version XXL et de grande qualité.

Le restaurant n'est pas au niveau de l'hôtel, c'est plutôt la cafétéria du spa version très chère.
