The Inn at the Union Club of British Columbia

Unique accommodation in a beautiful old building. Loved the suite with a living room. Large wardrobe to store luggage. Very spacious bedroom and huge bed. Dining room, balcony bar and lounge rooms all beautiful. A lovely old club vibe.

Being an old building some of the furniture and finishes a bit old. Not a problem just not 5 star luxury.

The staff were friendly and helpful and our room was clean and comfortable. Despite its location, it was very quiet at night. It was convenient for the harbour and many attractions. There were plenty of restaurants and cafes close by.

No kettle in the room! We had a wine cooler and wine glasses but I longed for a coffee machine or kettle. The bulky period furniture is also not to my taste but that's the kind of place it is and others may love it.

My meeting provided Breakfast so I didn't have breakfast in this place. The location was the great thing. Right downtown near everything given I flew Harbour to harbour and meet in the core. What was a surprize was the Reading room, the bar and the snooker billiard's room. The history every where you looked was most impressive. The dinner was great there too. Reasonable priced for the city and so good.

Nothing, my wife want us to go back and call it a vacation.
