Das Personal war trotz den super stressigen Tagen von der Pfingsten freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage war auch okey es hat mehrere Parkmöglichkeiten und in 15 Min ist man vorne in der Altstadt. Dafür kann man am Fluss entlang gehen. Das Zimmer war sauber und geräumig und beim Frühstück hatte man eine grosse Auswahl. Der Aufenthalt wurde nur durch die unglaublichen Massen an Menschen verschlechtert. Aber das sollte mit einer besseren Planung umgehbar sein. 😉

Not a lot really. The shower was good. The staff were mostly helpful but seemed to be a lot of them around the bar area not always doing much?

The location. The food, only a daily snack menue which was not that great They catered for coach parties with a chef service but not for their own guests. The breakfast was not great, the hot food was not hot. The room was small. I hated the modern touch with metal wardrobe that made a lot of noise. The bed and pillows were not comfortable. The tv had no English channels apart from bbc news. Following a lot of rain the smell of damp through the corridor. For the price of 3 nights stay a complete waste of money in my opinion!

Insonorizzazione pessima. Tra il rumore della festa organizzata dall'hotel che si è protratta con schiamazzi fino a tardissima notte e il rumore delle stanze adiacenti perché non bene insonorizzate, forse ho dormito un' ora. Non ho apprezzato i dispencer del sapone in quanto per una questione di igiene preferisco le monodosi.

La situation, le petit-déjeuner et la gentillesse du personnel.

Very friendly staff. Did wonderful job so that our family of 5 was assigned rooms adjacent that worked so we'll for us!

Some areas ready for updates. Also it would be helpful if added sign that there is no wait staff and food and drink orders are done via bar staff even if seated at tables.
