"Great Hilton Suites check in and valet, bag delivery experience."

Britain was my valet helper, he was fast, kind and helpful. Really good kid, working hard. He and the other valet parked my car, and brought all my stuff up to my room quickly.

"Great staff and spacious rooms."

The valet staff, the front desk and everyone I interacted with was very kind and helpful. I got upgraded upon arrival and had a wonderful room with a work area and bedroom. Having to do work in my room was a pleasure and the bed was very comfortable.

"Valet was my favorite part of the stay"

Valet was amazing! So helpful and polite. Thank you for opening doors being pleasant and helping with all of our bags, we appreciate you! Hotel stay was not the greatest had no hot water at first and service was not the best.

"The rooms could have been better cleaned for the price I paid"

Hotel and setup was nice

We was placed on the 3rd floor 317 . The floor was dirty and the tub was dripping water and had a puddle in the bottom of shower. So Then we got moved to 4th floor 408. The sink was stopped up whole time the 2nights we stayed.

Grand atmosphere, comfortable rooms, two restaurants were fantastic, amenities were fantastic.

That I didnโ€™t have more time to stay.
