Very nice room, clean and comfortable. Unfortunately I didn't have time to use the amenities as we were just passing through. My only complaints are that the pillows were too puffy for my liking and the bathtub plug did not work. Otherwise very nice, modern and well maintained.

Short on body wash and lights in room were not very bright. Otherwise it was great. Beds were very comfortable, rooms were clean . Over all I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is great and staff is very friendly. The hot tub was out of order but pool was available. This location has a Denny’s. It is 7mins drive outside of downtown Quesnel but right off the highway and near a Walmart and No Frills.

On a two week road trip, this was our best place to stay! Some times travelling with a pet can be a challenge - not so here. Friendly staff, considerate service and great location.

The hotel was in a good location.

Booking as a couple with a partner being a disabled adult and a pet was a nightmare. The response time was horrendous, we booked from a location with limited cell phone towers and wifi, email responses from the hotel were a waste of my holiday time (multiply sent), online chat (never a live agent, and through booking.com message hotel never responded. As for the Sandman inn booking site it is disappointing. Due to the disrespectful handling of a booking with a disabled adult I will choose not to stay with the Sandman franchise.
