"Close to Brisbane Entertainment Centre, but also the loud main road."

Friendly and helpful staff

The walls were paper thin and right next to the main road on one side, building work on the other side. I barely slept.

Staff

Room stank of urine!! That bad that i was dry retching when in the bathroom. Dark dirty finger marks on wall of bathroom. Shower head too close to wall, put on as after thought, to get wet had to stand up against the wall

"Nice motel but some service & staff communication issues"

Breakfast and dinner was great

My room was not cleaned on several days After talking to office staff they said they made notes and would pass it on this did not happen. For such a great motel and location, they need to work on their housekeeping, and the office staff need to learn to communicate better. The also tried to make up some excuse re the make my room up door cards saying the hole was too big that's why they blow off the door handles. Blind Freddy can tell when you make them out of paper instead of cardboard, they will blow off the door handles. A big shout out to the restaurant staff Dinner & Breakfast you go above and beyond to look after your customers Joan deserves to be recognized for her great service. I really hope you guys listen to feed back as it's a great motel & Location. I also had a work mate stay at a different time and had the same issues.

"Our stay was relaxing and would definitely come again if we had to go to an event at the brisbane entertainment centre!"

Many facilities and the staff were so friendly! The rooms are also very clean and checked up daily. The reception also has so many handy toiletries that I had forgot to bring 😅. It’s also very close to the Brisbane Entertainment Centre.

The balcony was small but it was chilly weather anyway so we didn’t use it but overall our stay was great!
