I could not check in nobody is there after 7 pm so you can't reñt if you make a reservation because nobody is there and then they tried to take money out of my account

First of all the pictures advertising the property was not what the real deal was. Loud music, kids crying all through the night, roaches swarming the place and the smell was unbearable, loud talking and profanity laced rants. All a turn off. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

only 1 burner on the stove worked

This place is a nightmare. It is terribly outdated and needs much improving! Some of the room furniture is absolutely horrible! Maybe at one time this place was great, but not now. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The only bright light is the friendliness and courtesy of the staff. They tried to make me as comfortable as possible. Shame on the owner.

They didn't serve no breakfast oh that was just an example question that wasn't anything that I really like honestly

The staff could have been better they're cleanliness could have been better that's basically it it works it wasn't as clean as you would expect it to be and the staff they were really short staffed they only had one maintenance man one housekeeper and one front desk person so my check in it took me almost 3 hours to check in

Told staff I rain water dripping from window, curtains were wet and water on the floor. She said she’ll come look at it. She never did. After ignoring it for hours, I had to report it to her again. When she finally came, she placed a couple of towels on the window seal and floor and told me maintenance guy is on vacation. She did not offer me an other room.
