There wasn’t anybody at the checkout desk when it was time for me to head out. It was literally shut down with the overhead door drawn shut. No instructions on whether it was OK or not to just leave without turning in room keys. Some signage would be useful.

Marijuana smell and unleashed pets at the front and back entrance, t.v. and phone didn't work, wasn't able to contact the front desk from the phone, and the floors were dirty.
