"Large, but lacking."

Location, size, secure

No bed side lights,as shown in advertising. Bed and television need updating. Bed quite uncomfortable. Unit was not that clean, as found toys from previous Tennants.

Location

Price was much higher than normal. Room was very bland, could do with some colour. Bedrooms were quite small making access to luggage difficult.

Amazing location, walking distance to everything within the city limits. The room was outdated but tidy and clean.

There were multiple issues during our stay. As reception is only open between certain hours it meant twice the issues went unresolved overnight. When bringing the issues to the staffs attention I felt as though they tried to shift the blame to us instead of doing everything they could to rectify the issues. Definitely didn't feel like a valued guest.
