The Oasis Tower at Seminole Hard Rock

Beautiful resort and casino. Very impressive aesthetically. Resort is not available upon the day of arrival. A visitor would have to stay more than one day to enjoy the pool and other activities one might expect from a luxury hotel and resort. We had 3 rooms for our family that were visiting from California. Although we were passing through, this hotel seemed like the perfect hotel to enjoy for a family of all ages. Unfortunately, it wasn’t for our family. We arrived and received 1 room upon checking in. The other 2 were available at 4:11pm. Great not bad but this only allows a small window of less than 2 hours to return to the front desk, get the keys and return to drop off, freshen up, and return to the lobby. Not enough time to enjoy the resort pool which closes at 6pm. Our group of 10 enjoyed a dinner and 5 went to the casino while the others returned to the room. The pool could not be enjoyed by a 20 yo. Gambling was not an option, but the room was. Unlikely we would return since this is not a good fit for our entire family to enjoy.

I loved the room, it was spacious and very comfortable. The food was amazing too

Resort was nice, more options for people with gluten free allergies would be nice.

Nobody could help with much of anything & you don't offer anything complimentary except 2 bottles of water. Not a place for elderly people.

Loved the property itself. The room was just ok . Only two towels for 4 people, no door on the bathroom. Staff at the restaurant gave us a dirty table and basically ignored us.

Great room. Staff was very helpful. They gave us a free ungraded coz we were celebrating my birthday. We had a great time.
