The Oasis Tower at Seminole Hard Rock

Always a good time!

Great time resort was excellent

Overpriced- paid $700 for one night and it was just ok. I asked for late check out and they said no. Every bar was overcrowded and it took forever to buy a drink. Spent money in the casino and lost it fast. Ordered room service and the food was inedible. I won’t be coming back to the Hard Rock. If you are spending that much for a hotel room, save it for a place that will provide better quality.

I wanted to give a shout out to Shanese at the front desk for her outstanding service! She helped us with all of our needs and went above and beyond! The hotel is awesome, full of energy and plenty to do. We stayed in the Oasis tower and found it to be very peaceful and the room was very nice. We ordered room service and it was excellent! We will definitely be back!

Just letting you know that they didn’t have my reservation at check-in and I had to wait over a half hour.

I had a great time everything was excellent

It was amazing, it seemed like being in a cruise, beautifully decorated, in the main entrance that waterfall a must see and take pictures. I’m not a gambler so I’m not sure if there’s a bigger casino than the one on property but it is huge. The most I liked we felt safe; at each tower there is a security guard making sure that you are staying at the Tower which requires to show your room key, no room key, you’re not going in the elevators…. Food was good. Check-in was fast

THE Council Oak Restaurant was the best part of our stay and our room was excellent in Oasis Tower. The Desk staff and Reservation team were average and not at the level expected in an HRH. The Salon was poor at answering questions and we paid 35.00 more than quoted. Overall I liked my stay but for what we paid it was not the value expected!

Service by the waiters at the pool area was terrible. Like me and other customers we complain a lot!
