Allure Suites

Great price friendly staff . The location was very good for us, close to beaches and dining. Close to downtown Cape Coral too.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The suite was clean but the furniture was quite dated and in need of steam cleaning or replacement. There was a Publix and CVS within walking distance, and other restaurants and stores within short driving distance. Easy drive to Ft. Myers Beach. Overall, the location and accommodation were adequate for our needs. If the facility were to be updated, I would consider staying again.

Was not greeted very well well by the lady on reception at check-in but Rusty was great. Was upset at the state of the carpet on the fourth floor and also disappointed at the first look at our room as it did not match the publicity photographs. The furniture in the living area was so firm that it was uncomfortable but the “easy chair” was a joke. My husband is tall but his feet could not touch the floor! WiFi was non existant in the sitting area. The best signal was found in the bathroom but you could not sit on the closed lid of the toilet as the lid was so flimsy it felt as if it might crack, The towels for two, two small bath towels, one small hand towel and two face cloths so had to go hunting for another hand towel. They were very thin. The bed was comfortable but the linen was very old and bobbly but at least it was clean. In the kitchen area ( sink, microwave and fridge/ freezer) there was enough crockery and cutlery for three people but no washing-up liquid. Fortunately I brought my own from home so could wash up but there was no scrubbing brush or pan scrub to help with cleaning the dishes. Paper towel was provided to dry the dishes. We were concerned to find a noisy dehumidifier already working in our room but we switched it off when we were in and were pleased to find that the room did not smell. The shower was very good and there was plenty of hot water and it was very quiet in the Hotel. The Hotel is just lacking a personality. It is very old and tired especially around the pool area and all the outside furniture needs replacing as the plastic is cracking in some of the loungers. There is a very Publix located nearby and an excellent Chinese takeaway as well as a pizza place and across the highway is a Walmart. There is a large car park around the Hotel. Allure Suites was convenient for where we wanted to be but it is a fine balance between cost and convenience.

The internet was horrible but the rest was ok

Smells old,, front desk need a person more social, is dark at night , and the elevator was with a roaches, I leave before the time I suppose to leave

This is a suite-hotel used by workmen. It is well used but convenient for the nearby strip mall with its Publix, Chinese takeaway, pizza place, barbers & nail bar. There is also a Goodwill store there. The pool is small but clean but the outside furniture needs replacing.

Dated, but clean & comfortable
