Residence Inn Fort Worth Alliance Airport

This is by far once of the most run down, poorly maintained hotels I have ever been. While the staff was friendly, it did not make up for the condition of the hotel. 1. Holes in black out curtain 2. Stains on couches, sheets, shower curtain 3. Loose outlets 4. Dirty stained tub 5. Missing curtain 6. Dirty doors with either blood or ketchup 7. Torn up baseboards 8. Bathroom light bulb out 9. Broken shampoo container that fell off 10. Holes in sheets 11. One elevator was broken leaving only one other elevator operational We needed an extended stay during our kitchen repairs. We will be looking to stay elsewhere.

Great stay w/ a nice room. We expected an actual bedroom w/ a door based on the pictures, but that was not what we received. The two bedroom had doors, but not the single. Pics were deceptive.

Hotel was amazing. Very clean, very quite, breakfeast was great. Pool was great. Only downfall is there is not much around the hotel as far as food, shopping or a run out and grab something.

Easy check in. All areas of the hotel were clean. Easy on-off access to interstate 35 frontage road. Rooms and common areas were clean. Exercise room was open 24 hours. Housekeeping was on a requested basis. I asked the front desk for housekeeping every other day and was no problem. Light hot breakfast was provided and was tasty and good selection. No waffle maker. Staff was courteous and accommodating. Stayed twice from Mon-Fri and would stay again.

The room was like an efficiency apartment. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good every morning in the common area. Made our 5 night stay perfect.

Residence Inn hotels are normally clean and in good shape. However, this location seems to need a little TLC. Here are a few items in my room that needs attention: 1) Grungy shower curtain. 2) Holes in window black-out curtains. 3) Office/desk chair had areas that were clearly cut to remove worn material, but it looked awful; they should replace the chair. 4) Dirty bar/counter stools. My room number was 318. I’ve stayed at many Residence Inns; this one was the worst one of the all.
