Mimi Hotel Chisinau Jolly Alon

The hotel is perfectly located in the city center, right across from a lovely park, with restaurants and coffee shops all within walking distance. The staff was exceptionally helpful and attentive. They assisted with airport transportation and made us feel truly welcomed. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had a comfortable double bed. We will definitely return on our next visit to Chisinau

Location was great, rooms were large, modern and clean. Aircon' worked very well. Breakfast was quite good. Good restaurant next to the hotel. Room service was also quite good, but the menu in the room did not match the actual food avaliable, which was strange.

Whilst breakfast was quite good, it was not consistent each day. The balcony door in my room was locked for not apparant reason. Staff did not do much to promote the hotel's wine selection. Staff seemed a bit confised about room service procedures - how to pay - how to produce a tax invoice - what was on the menu etc.

Central location, newly refurbished rooms, comfort beds, tasty breakfast

As I understand the hotel is rather new and looks like not all the processes are in place. For example, they don’t provide sanity and dental kits and when I have asked for those the lady at the reception just smiled, instead of apologising and saying that they will take a note
