Motel 6 Bells, TN - Brownsville

We arrived very late at 2:30 am. We'd called ahead and they were up for us. The only complaint was the hard pillows. Bring one with you. Good Motel 6.

Clean quiet comfortable it was me and my two boys ages 3&4

Horrible experience ! I prepaid for this hotel. Presented drivers lisence and credit card for incidentals. Informed desk manager I would be retiring early, and hitting the road again about 3:00 AM. After sleeping for approximately an hour, the phone rings. I declined to answer. Within 3 minutes the desk manager is knocking on my door, demanding I come to the front desk immediately! I ask him what was the specific problem. He would not say. Only that I should come down to the desk. I perceived that he must have mistaken me for someone else, so I opened the door, and presented him my ID once again. After he looked at the ID, he instantly realized he was barking up the wrong tree, and left quickly. The following morning (3:00AM) the desk manager stopped me on my way out. Apologizing numerous times , offering me a $25.00 discount on any future stays at this facility. I paid for what I hoped would be a quite 5 or 6 hours of restful. Sleep. I did not get that sleep, nor was I offered any restitution for the rediculous interruptions

Just as described. Nice, economical place to stay. Clean, comfortable and close to freeway access.

Easy to get to, clean, would stay there again.

The people at the desk were not very friendly but the room was clean and comfortable.

Hotel was nice and quiet. It was an older hotel with updated rooms. Staff was very nice. Room was small, but very clean. Bed was comfy after driving 800 miles. Heat worked well. Shower pressure was very good and water got super hot.

Dirty! Dirty! Bugs. Wouldn't stay again or recommend to anyone.
