Americas Best Value Inn Beaumont, TX

The bed was hard as brick there was a nasty wet rag on the floor looked like the room had not been swept there was hair in the sink hair in the bathtub I will not be staying back there again

Property about average but expedia charged me but never paid Ameras best value

The front office was filled with packages and junk. In the room had dirty floors, a dirty bathroom and roaches. Additionally because of the location there were people walking around the property loudly at all hours It was not a pleasant stay

The pictures look nothing like what you experience when we arrived the room floor was wet I guess because ac was left on it just ddnt feel good just not what I expected

Floor was all tile and slippery and wet because the refrigerator leaked.

Everything was peace and quiet and it was very clean

It wasn’t pleasant at all! People were hanging out everywhere that had no rooms, room was dirty and not cleaned properly at all! Room was out of date and dingy! Whole experience was awful!!

We get there and the guy at the office was nice, the room was dirty floor was sticky. While unloading the car a naked man opens his door and stands there. There was crack heads all over. It was passed 1am we had been on the road since 6am the morning before and there were no refund so we had to suck it up but never again. I couldn’t sleep with all the loud noises going on upstairs and outside
