"Un hotel para no exigentes"

En términos generales, el hotel no está mal si el cliente no es muy exigente o quisquilloso. Por ello, creo que está bien pero sin llegar a ser excelente.

Creo que el trato de algunos miembros del personal de la recepción pudo ser mejor. Algunas preguntas sobre la ciudad se contestaron con monosílabos y con muestras de molestia. Una de las personas que atiende el área donde se sirve el desayuno parecía que tampoco había tenido un buen día. En fin, el trato al cliente debe mejorar. En cuanto a la limpieza también fue algo negligente (un día no dejaron toallas, otro día tuvimos que ir a recepción a pedir papel higiénico, etcétera). Debe mejorar estos aspectos.

Air conditioning in the room. TV with some channel not shown properly (ex.: sic noticias). Breakfast: lack of variety of fruit and juices, fresh cheese and cooked eggs, not just scramble eggs will be an improvement.
