Ok, the set of dishes and options is decent. Just right for a 2–3-day stay. I stayed longer, so after three days it became a problem that every day it was exactly the same set of food.

Everything was fine, just like on Booking, with one exception that was crucial for comfort: a bed made up of two loosely placed mattresses that didn’t fit the bed frame. Everything kept sliding in different directions. Completely unfit for its purpose: getting a night’s rest. For me, this was a fundamental problem.

El hotel es muy bueno, tiene todas las comodidades dentro y fuera de la habitacion.

El precio y, esto no es culpa de ellos, pero Faro sinceramente es una ciudad a la que no volveria ni mucho menos pagaria un hotel de este tipo para ir.

Hôtel très bien placé, pas besoin de voiture pour se déplace , au centre de Faro. Le personnel très sympa et accueillant. Chambre très propre espatieuse et confortable , A réfléchir : un mini frigo ,un coffre .

The location is great.

​The hotel is located in a central location, the building is modern. Sadly our stay was not as enjoyable as it should have been. If a little basic maintenance and cleaning was carried out, the hotel would get a good review. The first room had a toilet that kept running, (it kept me awake). I mentioned it to the receptionist and was moved to another room the next day. This room had a running toilet too and quite a bit of mold in the shower. I mentioned this to the same person on reception. No action was taken. There is dust all over the hotel, especially on the stairs. The receptionists are often busy with their mobile phones and give a look of disdain when customers approach the front desk. Before I posted this review, I contacted the hotel via email etc. I have not had any correspondence apart from an email that someone would get back to me soon. This was over a week ago! ​I don't think people need moldy photos.
