Room 305 Facing onto a built up brick wall, empty cans and filth all over the ground. Zero sunlight coming through so made our room absolutely pitch black, had to have the lights on constantly. Fire alarm going off through the night, would not stay here again or recommend

Good location

Basic accommodation, no towel rails in bathroom to hang wet towels

Good location. Close to bars and restaurants and theatre.

Dated and the staff weren’t that friendly.

Noisy beer garden outside our room and closing windows didn't make much difference

Located in central Belfast close to Ferry from Scotland, staff were super friendly and helpful, room and hotel was clean and presented well

It was central for everything, great location

The only thing I didn’t like was no air conditioning
