"Close to the town centre"

Close to the town centre and an easy walk (20 minutes). Took our dog with us and there is a park opposite which was good for him to have a run around. Staff very friendly and Shakedown diner did a lovely breakfast

"Excellent"

We only used this hotel because it was pet friendly - which it definitely was. Our dog was very welcome. The interior of the building is pretty run down and lousy, but our room was clean and completely adequate. If you are looking for a luxury stay, this is NOT your place, but if you need a safe, clean, dog-Friendly hotel, then I recommend it.

"Good value and comfortable stay"

Had a lovely stay at the hotel. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The staff were really pleasant and helpful on check in. They gave information on where to go in the city for dinner. The hotel was reasonably priced and in a good location. Would stay again.

"Great stay"

I had a great stay at this Travelodge. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a short visit. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, excellent value for money. Would definitely stay again!

"Family stop off"

A quick stop off in Travelodge Waterford with the family. Friendly staff and management that helped in anyway they could. We were looking for extra pillows for our kids and it was not a bother to them to help out. Room was clean, beds are comfortable, stay was enjoyable.

"Really needs maintenance."

Fittings hanging off the walls in my room.TV mounting wobbly, bathroom grab handle insecure, no soap in shower dispenser. Breakfast facility had ripped seats, no seat on the toilet, no soap, no towels or dryer. Corridors dirty and smelly. On the positive side the bed was ok. Very overpriced and won’t stay here again.

"Stay somewhere else "

Went 10 minutes before check in time and was told to come back. Beds were not made properly and room was not clean. Most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Not worth the money we paid. Also no air conditioning like advertised.
