Laver en aftale omkring tidlig morgenmad og dette bekræftes af ikke mindre end to medarbejdere - uafhængigt af hinanden - gennemfører bookingen og det lovede kan så ikke lade sig gøre. Jeg bliver faktisk skældt ud af personalet, for at komme tidligt- som aftalt. Aftaler at receptionen skal kontakte mig for en løsning - hører intet.
