"Very Good"

Easy check-in. Breakfast was good. Service was excellent. Price was decent.

Room was warm, even with AC as low as possible. Lobby was extremely hot and muggy!

"2nd visit just as amazing as the 1st!!!"

This was our second stay here and it was just as amazing as the first one!!! All of the staff members were super & the breakfast was wonderful! Everything was kept stocked and was hot and delicious. As soon as you walk in the whole place just smells clean!!! My mom was worried because they allow pets, but even she - Mrs. Clean - was shocked by how clean the rooms were & that the housekeeping crew, especially Brenda, were so helpful and kept our rooms spotless. We were able to walk to many places we wanted to visit, and the manager (I forgot his name) was SO informative about the area and things to see. He told us about a place to park for free & ride the trolley to Gatlinburg & some places that we would never have found on our own. This is now our go to place when we visit Pigeon Forge!!!
