Location was excellent, very convenient to Rundle mall, shops and public transport. Beds were comfortable.

Some maintenance issues during our stay (toilet). Reception were lovely to deal with about it... however it shows the age of this hotel. Needs some upgrades. Wouldn't stay on a Friday or Saturday night with very young children as lots of loud buskers in the mall, other nights were fine.

Location was fantastic for the Gather Round Football festival. right in the heart of the CBD close to all restaurants, shops, cafe's and supermarkets. Rooms were larger than a normal hotel room allowing us to easily relax.

There is one elevator that services the bar, restaurant and hotel. On two occasions we had non hotel guests on the accomodation floors. For security I think there needs to be secure access to the accomodation floors.
