We grabbed a hotel last minute when our plans changed at our relatives. We booked a room for our stay while in Detroit and it met what we needed while we were there. Some things were missing like trash cans in the room, more than 2 large towels especially when we had 3 people staying, the key card kept not working....but each person at the desk was helpful if I asked for something and very accommodating.

Unkept landscaping . Nothing like the picture posted online. Pool water was very cloudy, could not see through it. And the water was very cold. Hot tub not working. Water fountains are rusted. My room was very, very dirty. The air conditioner in my room did not work. The refrigerator to purchase snack were in ripped up grocery bags. Poor lighting everything was dark(to hide filth).Worst hotel I ever stayed. Front desk lady was very nice. Didn’t stay long enough to try their continental breakfast.Very disappointed.

stained curtains, damaged AC unit, sink falling off the wall, covered in hair, holy sheets, frosted over freezer, microwave missing a glass plate, desk chair and headboard covered in holes, bathroom door door wouldn’t latch or lock, lamp falling off the wall, broken pool door, hot tub closed. terrible breakfast/ it seemed like most of the “amenities” were damaged or out of service.
