It was nice

they didn’t have any thing for breakfast but bagels and no cheese and waffles and a little bit of cereal that’s all they had

The hotel lobby and common areas were dirty. The pool was closed for maintence and the small fitness room was disgusting. There was juice boxes and garbage all over and doesn’t look it has been cleaned in weeks. Breakfast was “ok” Room itself was nice and clean and comfortable. If you just need a cheap room to sleep this would work.

Pool area was not good and hot tub did not work

We were in town as a family member was being moved to hospice and we needed a place to stay quickly, so we picked this hotel thinking that the Wyndham hotels were generally nice, and it was close to the hospital. Unfortunately this was a horrible mistake as we ended up having the absolute worst experience we have had with any hotel or chain at this location. The initial room I was given had a door that didn't fully close and latch, when I with two children and bags in tow, went back down to discuss it with the front desk I was asked if I knew how to use my room key properly. I reiterated what happened and the clerk explained how to use the key card again. Finally, I told him I needed a new room which I was given begrudgingly. I went to this room, the keycard didn't work at all, and I could hear a TV on in the room. Again, I returned to the front desk and explained this time that the keycard didn't even register on the lock, and I could hear the TV on in the room I was told both rooms were fine, and I must not know how to use the doors. The clerk then re-made the cards and very condescendingly told me he would come up and show me how they worked. On the way to the room, I showed him the initial room door issue and was greeted with an "oh well" attitude. Upon getting to the second room the clerk couldn't make the new keys nor his master key work and when he pounded on the door one of the hotel staff came to the door and told him that was where he was staying. I finally got a third room, now having drug my children and all our luggage to the desk and three different rooms to arrive to a battered and poorly cleaned room. There was damage to the walls, hanging rack, and other furniture, half drank fountain drinks in the fridge, and what looked like stained mattress protectors. At this point I didn't have much of a choice to go elsewhere due to the holiday and my children were tired of being drug around and emotionally drained, so we stayed. The next day I told the clerk I was checking out and going to find somewhere else to stay and was reminded that I was booked for that day as well. The room was horrendous, the clerk's attitude was not customer focused at all, and the fact that this hotel has the Wyndham name in it brings down the entire brand. At this point I don't plan on staying at a Wyndham again for personal or work-related experiences and will be telling anyone I know the same.

Elevator wasn’t working, the property stinks inside, people smokes in their rooms. I guess you get what you paid for!!
