Tolle Location - prima ausgestattet. Kostenlose Parkplätze in unmittelbarer Hotelnähe. Freundliche Mitarbeiter

Gesamtpaket doch ein wenig overpriced - insbesondere bei den Restaurantleistungen. Da ist sowohl beim Service als auch der Küchenleistung noch viel Luft nach oben.

Der Frühstücksservice war chaotisch, langes Warten auf Kaffee, teilweise ziemlich langsames Nachbestücken des Buffets, das sehr freundliche, aber unerfahrene Personal war völlig überfordert, es fehlte an Personalführung, es waren genügend Mitarbeiter da, aber wenn alle alles machen wollen, klappt alles nicht. aber wir hatten ja Zeit

Die Lage des Hotels ist einmalig und man kann dort außergewöhnliche Stunden bei einer wunderschönen Aussicht erleben. Das Personal (außerhalb des Restaurants) ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Das Hotel ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Der Wellnessbereich ist in Relation zu der Größe des Hotels einfach viel zu klein. Aufgusseimer wurden nicht nachgefüllt. Enttäuscht waren wir vom Frühstück. Teller wurden nicht abgeräumt und 20 Minuten nach der Bestellung haben wir immer noch keinen Kaffee erhalten. Saft wurde nicht nachgefüllt und das Personal schien heillos überfordert. So etwas darf meiner Meinung nach in diesem Preissegment nicht passieren.

"Wonderful oasis outside the city with quality staff, food, and amenities."

The beautiful room (main building), the proximity to the forest, the breakfast and dining area, the pool and the staff.

We had booked an additional suite for our friends celebration and we enjoyed some drinks there together in the evening. It was amazing size wise as was basically a whole house over two floors. Only thing I would suggest is that it gets a bit more attention/renovation, especially the kitchen. It was plain and the upholstery was coming off the chairs.

This resort was lovely - the rooms were large and grand, the food amazing and the staff perhaps the friendliest I have ever encountered. I highly recommend.
