Great location for flights and car rentals. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The room service was excellent, and the food was delicious and well prepared. Breakfast was good with multiple choise and very fresh. Because of our wonderful experience, we decided to book another night at Hilton Rome Eur La Lama for the final night of our Italy trip after returning from our 11-day cruise. We were very pleased with our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to other travelers.

I was charged twice for my stay. Two emails about this were not answered and when I rang I was told it was normal and to wait three weeks for one charge to drop off. When I said that this was unacceptable I was told I would have to email accounts myself (despite two previous emails!) and that front desk couldn’t help me. Eventually got sorted with an apology but only with difficulty. Not good enough.
