"Nice suite, poor internet "

If I'm paying for the best room I m the hotel, I would hope they have up to date internet but the wifi was subpar, the room had it's blemishes here and there, a handyman could fix all of that in a day to maximize integrity, the back door to.the parking lot hasn't locked in years , I know bc I stayed here about 4 years ago and it was the same. The front desk was helpful in getting me checked in, plenty of towels and housekeeping gavw mw more the sexond day.

Some of the lights didn't work and there was hair in bath tube but bed are pretty comfortable and drain in sink was clogged up

You were the problem NOT the property. You did not tell me there was a $100 deposit for pets. So i felt angry, stupid and irresponsible when the property required me to post $100 deposit prior to accepting me on YOUR reservation! Poor business on your part.

"Staying here is a must"

Excellent service and very pleasurable stay. Would definitely recommend this place if you would like a quiet place to relax and have good service. Pillows were a bonus they were like heaven! Heck them out you won’t be disappointed! Thanks. Staff for a great stay
