Cleaning staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast offering was very good. We had requested a room near the elevator and/or front door, and that is just what we got.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Good location for what we needed.

The room we reserved was not cleaned. Used washcloth in the bathroom. Staff immediately switched us to another room just across the hall.

The sheets & bedding were sooooooooo cozy 😊. Man at the desk was super helpful and pleasant to deal with. Good vaule & very nice place to stay!

All of the hotel staff were exceptionally helpful and pleasant. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. We appreciated the larger refrigerator and a microwave.

I think they should extend breakfast hours on weekends to 10 am instead of 9 am. We felt a bit rushed by the staff when we arrived closer to 9 am. It’s unfortunate that the hot tub is no longer available. The pool room was cold in the winter in the pool water was not very warm either.

Right off the highway and withing 6 mins of anything in Sun Prairie.

Bed was hard. Front desk staff visibly annoyed about doing the job. Pot smoking men sitting on the groung in the hallways on the floor our room was on like it happens all the time. Asked for money in the parking lot two of the five times I left the facility to walk to my car.

I went during a big snowstorm and they didn't plow the parking lot at all or sidewalks. Got stuck trying to leave parking lot for work. Had to track through feet of snow to get to vehicle. Very every bad never staying there again. Weed smell kept coming through room and kids running up and down halls
