Nette Parkanlage, saubere und geräumige Zimmer.

Frühstück bereits um halb 10 Uhr teilweise leer, wird nur verzögert und auch nicht komplett aufgefüllt. Keine Klimaanlage.

Helaas waardeloze ervaring. Kamer was een "superior room" maar dan zonder superior kenmerken. Parkeren van onze 2 motoren moest op een p-plaats, mocht niet nabij de ingang. Bij het uitchecken werd er €16 in rekening gebracht voor 2 motoren op 1 p-plek. Belachelijk bedrag en de receptionist weigerde elke vorm van klantvriendelijkheid of coulance. Het hotel ligt in een deel van Hildesheim waar 4x per uur loeiende sirenes langssjezen en waar vreemde boys in dikke vette auto's hard optrekken en de blits proberen te maken.... ook de parkeerplaats van het hotel is een plaats voor vage passanten, zwervers en niet-hotelgasten die ergens in het gras lagen te chillen.... Jammer maar Novotel maakt even helemaal geen goede beurt hier!!! (Ontbijt was wel goed geregeld)

Gedrag receptionist, belachelijk parkeertarief, geen veilige of afgeschermde parkeerplaatsen maar wel €16 rekenen, kamer was erg eenvoudig, geen airco want het is een beschermd gebouw dus geen airco's 🫣

Das beim duschen man sich teilweise sich verbrennt, weil das Wasser auf einmal ganz kalt ist und auf einmal wieder sehr heiß ist. Man kann morgens nie vernünftig duschen

Die Bar hat zu früh geschlossen. Montag war Feiertag, da hätten wir gern noch etwas getrunken, Sonntag Abend.
