Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Alles war sauber. Der große Parkplatz direkt beim Hotel ist sehr gut.

Das Hotel hat seinen Charme, aber man sieht schon Gebrauchsspuren. In der Dusche war Emaille abgeplatzt. Der Teppichboden war schon älter.

Der Wasserdruck unserer Dusche hätte gern etwas höher sein dürfen; das war aber kein Drama

Our eighth stay 28/04/26 to 27/05/26 in beautiful Hildesheim Germany. 🇩🇪 (My Hildesheim born mothers home city) 🥳 The NOVOTEL Team, are very hard working, professional, knowledgeable & helpful to everyone!.💪🥊🥊 Relax & unwind your day, with, NOVOTELS fantastic luxuary brand RITUALS pamper range! Handwash, shampoo & showergel! 😍 Breakfast, is FANTASTIC value for anyone without a restrictive diet!, Super choice, fresh meats, cheeses, full cooked breakfast, cereals, fresh fruit, variety of fresh rolls, bread, jams, tea/coffee/hot chocolate /juices, salad, even lovely German wreath chocolate marblecake...(Marmorkuchen) 😋 Although, Limited for vegan diets, We found 5 minute walk, across the road, super easy to buy breakfast alternatives from NETTO supermarket, who sell a good range of vegan alternatives. * Beer Garden ✔️ * Mediterranean style restaurant ✔️ * Eight meeting Rooms ✔️ * WIFI (Outstanding) ✔️ * Room Fridge ✔️ * Minutes from Bus & Train station✔️ * Supermarket/shopping centre minutes away ✔️ NB No Safe ❌️ (Front desk will kindly accomodate valuables if necessary ✔️ No problem we are using 1 of our suitcases padlocked...😉🤘👍 We would never stay anywhere else!. 💯🤘❤️👌👏

"Leider mittlerweile enttäuschend…"

Leider überschaubar….Maximal noch der Charme des Gebäudes

Wir sind langjährige Gäste im Novotel, aber die Entwicklung ist leider deutlich nachteilig. Das Zimmer war in einem ungereinigten Zustand (u.a. Haare an der Duschkabine, Teppich fleckig im Badezimmer, etc.) Zimmer sind nicht verdunkelt, und in einem wirklich „abgewohnten Zustand“. Dem Wunsch nach einem Zimmerwechsel konnte (wollte) nicht nachgekommen werden. Das Frühstück ist im Vergleich zu früheren Jahren absolut enttäuschend. Kaum Auswahl, billige Salami und lieblos zurecht gemacht.. Sehr schade im Vergleich zu früheren Jahren. Rührei und Pancakes waren kalt, Wunsch nach Omelette (ehemals problemlos) konnte nicht mehr nachgekommen werden. Es ist sehr schade - aber wir werden nicht wiederkommen…

Gute Lage, gute Matratze, Personal sehr nett.

Die Bäder sind renovierungsbedürftig, vor allem die Dusche ist stark beschädigt!
