Staff was professional and attentive saw to issues promptly.

Our room had no heat, we started of with waiting for them to install a replacement unit. Room smelt so odd/ gross, glad we brought a candle.. No elevators. No lobby restroom. Our bathtub had a drip leak the entire time. The walls are so thin we heard every party/unruly group in the building... no peace for sleep. "Breakfast" consists of cereal, some fruit and coffee... Thankful for the Dunkin Donuts next door. The whole facility felt more like a cheap pay-by-hour motel than a Wyndham company Hotel.

Breakfast was cereal and looked like it had been there a while.

Very unclean. Rude staff. Only stayed for the night then left in the morning. Payed for 2 nights. When explaining the problems. They did not care because my money was not refundable. Very disappointed.

An easier way to take bags up the steps. I know there is not a elevator so I guess that was a take away.

The location was great. It was in walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The staff was nice.

The breakfast was terrible. The cereal was stale and there weren’t any options. I chose this hotel because of the free breakfast. Next time, I will pay closer attention to reviews. I would have gladly paid more for a room if the breakfast was even half decent. Also, there was trash from a previous guest on the floor when we went into our room.

This property is located very close to my final destination. Clean, comfortable room. Easy to get to and easy to navigate to and from. Price was very good and staff were friendly and helpful. I don’t know what else to say. I don’t talk about my own home this much.

I liked the location and it was pet friendly.

I did not like the accommodation. The bed was low to the ground and the mattress was old and not comfortable. The room decor was old and outdated . The room smelled musty like mold. The bathtub was warn and scratched all in the inside. The sink was old and worn with no stopper. The towels and wash clothes was old , cheap stained and worn thin.you cold see through them. The front door to the building did not lock. The breakfast was limited to a few cold items. And the seating and the breakfast was all in the little square by the front desk. They squeezed in a couple of tables and a few chairs for the whole hotel to use to eat. They also charged per pet but did not advertise that there would be a pet charge until check in.
