"Clean, comfortable accommodation for a short stop over."

Clean, spacious & comfortable room.

There was nobody at the front desk when we arrived - we walked around to find someone, but there was nobody around. A woman finally came out from the room behind reception several moments later - she knew we were there, why keep us waiting? No smile, no welcome - it very much appeared as though we’d disturbed her!

"Fun experience with a caveat !"

Fun time in a river front resort. Food and drinks were very good. Be sure to download the captains club so you can get points for food and beverages. Also make sure the room described is the room received. The description showed a living room we did not receive and no one seemed to know about. We weee switched to a different rooom only after the tv in out original room didn’t work. Also the add-ons ordered, that were available were not in our room. We needed to follow up on this one ourselves.

"Capt Hiram's and Blackfin are great!"

We stayed in the Exuma building and the main building. We had 3 rooms for 2 nights. The staff was friendly and attentive. Rooms were clean with plenty of towels and good AC, although a little small. We ate at Blackfin across the street several times - breakfast and dinner. The staff there was wonderful as well. The area is very convenient for walking and accommodates large parties with little notice. Right on the water - great area in Sebastian.
