Pullman Phuket Karon Beach Resort

We visited the Pullman spa today, thanks to Tarn and Sai for the wonderful relaxing massage. It was great!❤️

AccorPlus / Explorer - Platinum Received email prior offering pick up from Patong Hotel (unsure how they knew details) and wanting our ETA. Email also included a promo for 25% discount on spa services if booked prior - took advantage of this. Early check in & late check out both received. Our flight was delayed & they kindly agreed to even later check out was 5:30 > 6:15pm which was awesome allowing us to continue to use the facilities etc. We used 5 x SNU, the suite was amazing & included an outdoor spa with retractable roof. August assisted us at check in, then later escorted us to the Executive Lounge (Panorama Lounge). The EL is not disclosed on any of the maps or elevator directory. During check in there was so much detail of the resorts facilities we didn’t retain the location. A suggestion would be to include the location within the welcome letter. Christian the hotel manager greeted us at the EL & apologised for not meeting us when we arrived. We thoroughly enjoyed the nightly cocktails & canapés. Summer was very friendly & attentive. My massage was with Sine, she was amazing. I would say the scalp/head portion of the massage was the best I’ve ever had. It was so good I had another a few days later enjoying the happy hour offer of buy 60 mins get 30 mins free (10am-1pm). Tam our Room Attendant was so friendly. We were well looked after. She is a real asset to the team. I celebrated by Birthday during our stay & appreciated the acknowledgement including birthday cake. Welcome gift included chocolate, macaron, nuts & fruit plus a few fresh flower arrangements. Welcome drink = cocktails, beer or wine. The hotel/resort is very large with multiple buildings, restaurants & pools and includes tennis courts. There is also an ATM onsite. Loved seeing the chickens & peacocks roaming the site. There is a 24 hour shuttle service to assist in transportation around the site. We ate at Sails Restaurant, Cafe Karon & Andaman Lounge where we received A+ discount. Breakfast buffet was a good variety of cuisines & had cute plates & cups for the kids. In house App to make bookings, request house keeping, room service etc. and to keep up to date with activities (fire show, DJ) & offers throughout the stay. The hotel is in a good location across the road from the beach with restaurants & shops within walking distance. My only negatives were that the sun lounges at the Garden Pool didn’t have cushions. The pool by the beach did have some with cushions, they are possibly new?? They were super comfy & l loved that they included a pillow. Also beach bags are not provided for loan (we did enquire) and our room did not have robes which would’ve been nice to use after the outdoor spa. The water slide is also currently out of service. The negatives were only minor, more suggested improvements. I would return to this hotel if I was to visit Phuket again.

Den & Alee they are good people and be my friends. I'm with their a pool volleyball and swim. We have a great time together.

DEN and Amm The training facility at the hotel is great. The coaches are very responsive, kind, and experienced.

The environment is very private and extremely quiet. The massage techniques are highly professional, and I felt very comfortable after the massage. This is a very good experience in Thailand. The masseurs Bee and Tarn are very professional and have a particularly good service attitude. If you are staying at Pullman, it is well worth coming here for a massage.
