Nice, safe, quiet area. Right off the freeway. Jackson and West Bend have some dining and shopping nearby, but not much in walking distance.

There was coffee in the lobby in the afternoon. Lobby and pool area was clean. The rooms were spacious and clean, bed and pillow comfortable. The staff were friendly and professional. We forgot toothbrushes and they had them available. For the price, the service and our stay was quite nice.

I was not aware that the hotel charged 25.00 a night for my dog to stay with me.They charged my credit for my pet every other day, it was confusing that they would take out 75.00. I was there for 8 nights. I couldn’t cancel or change my reservation. I picked this hotel because they allowed pets. Because I prepaid I couldn’t get a refund. The hot tub did not work, the hotel is dated. I asked them to explain the random charges, there was no manager.

Rooms is very poor condition and in need of a renovation. They couldn’t even bother to shovel the sidewalks in the two days we were there.
