Comfort Inn & Suites Jackson - West Bend

Habitación muy amplia y limpia.

El desayuno. Pero es el típico de aquí.

We stayed one night and chose this place based on its location to the sights we were visiting. We spent a day and half at Holy Hill and ate dinner at Fox & Hounds. All very close by. View out of room window was a peaceful field which was a pleasant surprise given our proximity to the highways.

Staff was all excellent,clean rooms,public areas.One issue their was several drunks that were in pool,brought alcohol to pool area.They were throwing chairs in the pool,beer cans in the pool,and were vulgar in speech.The young woman from the office,did come out and pulled the chairs out of pool.we left pool area shortly after.

This has been my third time staying here and I would definitely stay again. They staff is super friendly and the rooms are cleaned every day. Great prices and would recommend.

Rooms were clean, pool was cold.

I can't do stairs and didn't know you didn't have an elevator (something to think about), so we were given the only suite right off the pool. It was wonderful to be able to open our patio door to use the pool and hot tub. The room was cleaned everyday very nicely.

It was perfectly located for a family visit. The property was clean and comfortable, accessible and the staff was excellent and accessible.

We really appreciated the staff for allowing us to arrive earlier than regular check in time. Giving us time to rest a bit before an events. Housekeeping guy was very polite, helpful and thoughtful as we have an allergy to Shea butter and forgot our soap from home he was able to find something for us and brought to our room. Another staff that night was very kind to take extra towels to the pool area as there were none when we arrived at night.

That soap is scented. I think the hotel should have a non scented dove bar or something for sensitive skin. The blankets on bed were a bit itchy. Breakfast eggs were over cooked very dry & rubbery.
