Kahvaltı dışında her şey berbattı. Özellikle resepsiyonda oturan hintli ve uzak doğulu kişiler çok saygısızlardı. Düzgün bir iletişim kuralamadı. Oda 2 kişilik olmasına rağmen 1 tane havlu vardı. Odadaki aydınlatma çok yetersizdi.

Great location or at least good as it can be & also tram / bus nearby to get you into Frankfurt old town (the main city centre / tourist area) & the main train station just a street away within walking distance & the staff are friendly & helpful if you have any questions.

Can't really think of anything bad about the hotel beside the slight issue with the hotel room door - you have to close it quite hard when you are going out & that may not be a good idea if you are going out late in the evening or leaving early in the morning !
