La ubicación. El primer día nos alojamos en una habitación con bañera, solicitamos un cambio a habitación con ducha que para mi madre era más accesible y ese día no fue posible el cambio por no haber disponibilidad, pero al día siguiente nos cambiaron a habitación con ducha.

El segundo día en la nueva habitación se me cayeron monedas al suelo y al recogerlas ví que había polvo debajo de la cama.

La propreté des chambres et des espaces communs. La literie. La petite terrasse. Le proximité de malasana.

J'avais demandé un lit king site et j'ai eu 2 lits simples. Le personnel a été un peu froid surtout au petit déjeuner. Mais les femmes de chambres sont tres polies.

COLAZIONE AFFOLLATA IN LOCATION TROPPO PICCOLA RISPETTO ALLA MOLE DI PERSONE ACCOLTE NELL'HOTEL. POCA PROPOSTA SIA PER IL SALATO CHE IL DOLCE.HOTEL PIU' CHE SUFFICENTE IN ZONA CON NUMEROSI LOCALI DELLA MOVIDA MADRILENA SE PUR NON IN CENTRO.
