Lo mejor el recepcionista. Un hombre encantador, eficiente, amable y atento. El desyuno estaba rico también, aunque en algún momento de mucha gente se acababa la comida muy deprisa y la chica no daba a basto a reponer. Un poco de espera y todo arreglado.

La habitación bien, aunque había puntos de limpieza un poco mejorables. Lo que es de día a día, todo limpísimo y bien, pero había polvo acumulado en espacios raros (tipo detrás de la puerta), que tampoco te arruinan la estancia pero bueno, por atender a ello.

"Good location close to the Guggenheim"

Good location and short walk to the Guggenheim and then into the old town. Very friendly and kind staff.

The room was quite small and felt dated/in need of a refresh.

Good location. Very clean. Excellent breakfast. Excellent staff, in particular the gentleman that was on reception. Excellent parking arrangements.

Would have been nice to have some water / coffee in the room. Everything was spotless but the hotel is in need of a little bit of updating.

"Op te frissen hotel op een goede locatie om de stad te bezoeken"

Ruime kamer, goed bed met stevige matras, nette badkamer, vriendelijk personeel

Door werken in de buurt was het van “‘s morgens vroeg heel lawaaierig. Ook was er wel schimmel aan de binnenkant van de raamkozijnen.

Neste hotel as camas são muito ruins e as toalhas de banho estavam muito velhas e encardidas. O quarto era muito pequeno e tínhamos que andar com cuidado.
