Property was everything advertised - absolutely wonderful. Only thing lacking is a hot breakfast. Breakfast is stuck in the 1950s.
I cannot say it enough- THIS WAS THE BEST PLACE TO STAY!!!!! Friendliest staff, clean rooms, great location. Amazing!!!!
Hot Springs pool across the street
The hotel was clean, cute and the bed was very comfortable. The shower was big and clean, the soaps smelt nice ans the front desk staff was very nice. I loved that it backed up to the river, and was right next to a little soaking area in the river. Also super convenient that the hotel was across the street from the Hot Springs. The breakfast was a mediocre typical breakfast of cereal, yogurt, oatmeal (no waffles lol). We had a maid try to come in our room at 8am, but I think it was an honest mistake trying to go into the room next to us (she didn’t stick around to apologize). But overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again.

Lovely little spot to stay in Steamboat Right on the Yampa River and walking distance to all restaurants and shopping Perfect location Mattresses and furniture really need updated otherwise it is perfect
A nice lady to check me in was one of the nicest front desk clerks I’ve ever met. The view from my back of the of the river was absolutely amazing. The Hot Springs across the street and the walkable restaurants around me were perfect.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room was very clean. Also the hotel's location is very convenient with a wide choice of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment within easy walking distance.
The location, free parking and somewhat decent breakfast. Some staff nice and some not as welcoming. Bed was not very comfortable and no water station. Check-out time is strict and 10 minutes before checkout time we had an unfriendly knock and reminder that we needed to be out. Overall not an experience I will seek out when next time in town.
