Sonesta Posadas del Inca Lake Titicaca - Puno

Probably one of the nicer/nicest hotels in the Puno area. Is a less than 10 minute taxi ride from the center of Puno and sits right on Lake Titicaca. Beautiful view from the hotel restaurant and bar with also seating outside. Alpacas graze on the grass during the day. The rooms were comfortable enough and there is a heater too that looks like a sound bar. Service was good too! Would consider this place again for return visit.

I had a great experience in the hotel with my friends. We had a nice dinner in the restaurant and Santiago was our waiter both nights and was very attentive and nice.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel: unassuming front facade until you get to see the back area and the rooms overlooking Lake Titicac: breathtaking. Our experience was also enhanced by one of the hotel’s servers Santiago who was very accommodating. He made sure that we were taken care of and went the extra mile to make an already good experience unforgettable. Highly recommended!

Very nice hotel with great views in Puno, Peru. The service is superb. They go above and beyond. I ran out of my meds and they made a way for me to have them. I had an amazing experience with their dedicated staff Santiago, Delmi and Wendy. The housekeepers are also very attentive to our needs. The selection of food is great. I highly recommend this hotel!

This is the best place to go if you are planning to explore Lake Titicaca. Excellent accommodation, staff are friendly and courteous. The rooms are clean. Food is great!

As part of an organised trip we spent 2 nights at this hotel and had a very comfortable stay. The outlook of the restaurant is straight onto Lake Titicaca and the gardens of the hotel are particularly well kept with alpacas and guinea pigs gracing the lawn. I had a particularly excellent experience in the hotel restaurant where Benedicto was our waiter and he was very helpful and courteous. My meal was superb and finished off our stay perfectly!

We had a lovely experience. The rooms were clean and with a great view of the lake. We also had dinner at the hotel - the food was great and our waiter Santiago was lovely.

The hotel good anc feels safe. The views and outdoor areas a fabulous. The restaurant has good quality food and nice house wines. I had super service from Santiago in the restaurant.. thank you!!! He made really made my evening special. Well done for having such good staff

We had an excellent time at the Soneata. From Abel at the front desk who ordered medicine for me, Benedicto our server for a special dinner celebration and finally Juanita at the little shop who didn’t have a specific hat in her store but had what we where looking for at home and had it run over for us to purchase. Everything about the service was 5- star quality. Also. I enjoyed a massage at the GHL hotel which was exquisite.
