La infraestructura de las habitaciones así como el equipamiento sanitario (servicios higiénicos), también el sistema de climatización para la temperatura ambiente, los espacios de la terraza con una vista privilegiada del lago titicaca y los servicios del restaurante.

Por la ubicación del hotel es complicado conseguir taxis disponibles para el traslado a la ciudad (los pedidos de taxi por el personal del hotel demoran 30 min en promedio)

Beautiful set up. Very professional and friendly staff. From the moment we arrived till departure we felt very welcomed. The dining experience was excellent both at breakfast time as well as dinner. Special mention and thanks to Percy in the restaurant. Karen the hotel manager took the time to chat with us and our hotel experience. Highly recommend it.

"One of the greatest in the world!"

One of the best hotels I’ve been to in the world. All the workers are very nice but a special shout to Santiago for his excellent service and hard work. The rooms are better than some of the rooms in United States even and spending time with the llamas and nature outside is unbeatable. Definitely stay here if you’re in Puno.
