"Fantastic hotel, and a very good value with friendly staff and comfortable rooms"

Close access to interstate, Cracker Barrel restaurant was right across the street, my room had a little patio outside and was very easy to access, suite style room was very comfortable and spacious. Nice variety of toiletries in the bathroom. A nice bonus having cookies, and coffee in the lobby!

"Beware if you need an accessible room; confusing multilevel hotel layout"

Breakfast was ok, standard hotel fair. Hot items only ok.

Accessibility at this hotel is a joke. It is multilevel, and when I asked about the rooms, they kept saying, can you walk a few stairs. The women at the desk were really trying to help, but would not try to stay in accessible room again.

"Very comfortable place to stop on a drive through Tennessee."

The Breakfast was good, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We liked the 1st floor patio room with access to our vehicle.

The hallway carpet could smell fresher, but the room with hardwood floors was clean and comfortable.
