"Dirty and smelly dump"

The pictures online show it to be a nice place. I showed up to a dingy dump. The room was not only dirty, it smelled like piss and mold. Both the AC unit and the vent fan in the bathroom rattled so loud it was impossible to sleep. No way in this world that I’d ever stay here again!
