The hotel's lounge 'The Cheese Bar' is great for relaxing and having a drink with nibbles. We loved everything about our room and our stay here, especially the lounge.

"Disappointing hotel that is over priced and requires a fundamental uplift in management and service."

Location near Segovia old town.

Very disappointing. Hotel payment machine had problems and we ended up with multiple charges that were resolved when I spoke with hotel GM. Parts of room (wardrobe shelves, lid of kettle etc. had not been cleaned for some time). Resolved after speaking with hotel GM (although I had already cleaned them myself)! Breakfast on first day was particularly poor with limited selection, gaps in refilling and a staff member that only engaged once the hotel GM entered the breakfast area. Staff training and general management issues with this hotel. Antiquated shower (no excuse despite the old building and bearing in mind the hotel price). Hotel GM provided some complimentary items for room but this does not excuse a wide range of issues. Over priced for the service provided.

"Peace at last"

Such a lovely place to enjoy beautiful Segovia . Our room was spacious and the interior design added to the peace. Staff were wonderful to us and the parking was easy. Fabulous breakfast also. Would stay again in a heartbeat . Thank you.
