The price n owner/manager seemed ok

-Bed very uncomfortable/ not good night sleep -Seedy people hanging out all night in parking lot drinking n arguing multiple nights, I think they live there. -Very thin walls -No latch on doors You get what you pay for, spend more n find a better motel.

The property upon arrival immediately looks run down and not taken care of. The staff are liars; they were unable to accommodate me and my partner and “Patel” said that when we filed with Booking.com for a refund, he would immediately refund us. It’s been 2 weeks, Booking.com says that the proprietor refuses to refund and now I’m having to go through my credit card company. I have photos of the conditions of BOTH rooms, and yes—I reported them to the health department.

The property did not have batteries in any of their smoke detectors and blamed it on the customers taking them out. By code, these devices are supposed to be hard-wired in. I booked a “non-smoking room” and they put me in what is clear as day a smoking room. When moved to another room, it reeked of bleach and the bathroom had black mold and peeling paint. Both rooms I viewed had a mystery splatter on the ceilings, and there are several holes and scratches in/on the walls, banged up furniture, and no toiletries of any kind. Oh and the fridge, disgusting smell and sticky shit. You can tell the property doesn’t care to clean after its customers.
