L'accueil et la disponibilité de Lamia à la réception nous ont particulièrement ravi Elle a toujours su répondre à nos demandes avec sourire et professionnalisme L'emplacement est très bien La chambre est agréable et la literie confortable

Les 2 ascenseurs étaient en panne à tour de rôle Nous avons dû monter les dix étages à pied (femme et enfants) Une fuite d'eau dans le couloir du 10eme se déversait dans une benne a ordure tout au long du séjour
