Very nice hotel, close to the airport. Large room, comfortable bed. Restaurants nearby. The only glitch is, we were left stranded at the airport for 2 hours even though we called for a pickup. Make sure you reserve your ride ahead of time.

Clean room and linen with comfortable beds. Quiet. Airport transportation included. They do not offer coffee or tea at anytime unless you pay, even at 6:30 am when their restaurant is not yet serving breakfast.

The check-in upon arrival was slow and we waited a long time. The a/c was broken and no notification. The room was hot and uncomfortable. Generally clean and breakfast OK.

The property appears to be situated in a precarious location, and my experience at the hotel was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, I noticed that the hotel had a rundown appearance, with visible construction work underway. This gave the place an overall feeling of neglect and disarray. Once in my room, I was greeted by a strong unpleasant odor that only diminished after I turned on the air conditioning. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired; both the walls and the bathroom were visibly dirty, which added to my discomfort during my stay. Originally, I requested a room with two beds, but the staff informed me that only a single-bed room was available, despite my reservation. This lack of consideration for my request was disappointing and added to my frustration. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel. It does not measure up to the standards I have come to expect from other NH Properties. For a more enjoyable stay, I suggest looking for other accommodations and avoiding this establishment.

The place was clean but rooms were extremely small. The staff was friendly but on the phone they lacked professionalism and were not helpful. The website said they have an airport shuttle but it was very limited
